Desired Skills—Maintenance & Operational Manuals:
- Proficiency in writing maintenance and operational manuals
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specs
- Experience with SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and preventive maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe FrameMaker, and MS Word.
- Familiarity with S1000D, JSG 0852:2019 ATA iSpec 2200, or similar standards (if applicable)
- Skilled in clear, concise, and safety-focused documentation
- Collaboration with engineering, QA, and support teams
- Knowledge of equipment lifecycle and maintenance workflows
- Experience with eLearning/CBT content development tools is a plus.
