Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates who are eager to build a career in sales, client engagement, and SaaS product solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi and along with a good understanding of SaaS products and business communication.
This opportunity is offered with a mandatory 6-month internship period, followed by the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for full-time employment based on performance evaluation and company policies. Upon conversion to full-time employment, a 2-year service commitment will apply.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Explain company products and services to clients effectively.
- Support product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Maintain follow-ups with leads and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in achieving business growth and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and digital platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and email communication.
